What file formats can I send for training data?
We accept CSV and JSONL out of the box. If your data lives in another shape (Parquet exports, Slack archives, support transcripts) get in touch in the order chat and we will adapt the intake.
Models
Which base models can you fine-tune?
GPT-class models via OpenAI, Claude (Haiku) where access is permitted, Llama 3 (8B and 70B), and Mistral (7B and Mixtral). The exact list depends on the plan you choose.
Do I get the model weights?
For open-weight base models (Llama, Mistral) you can request a weight export at the end of your retention window, subject to the upstream license. Closed providers (OpenAI, Claude) do not allow weight downloads.
Process
How long does a typical fine-tune take from start to delivery?
Smaller plans usually wrap in 2 to 4 business days from the moment we receive your dataset. Studio Pro and Enterprise Forge plans range from 4 to 10 business days depending on dataset size and evaluation depth.
Privacy
How is my training data handled and stored?
Datasets are uploaded over TLS, stored in a private bucket scoped to your order, and deleted on request after delivery. We do not reuse customer data to train other models.
Quality
What if the fine-tuned model does not beat the baseline?
Our evaluation report calls this out explicitly. If the held-out metrics do not improve we recommend either an iteration round or a refund per our 30-day money-back policy.
Deployment
Can I keep using the API endpoint after my retention window ends?
Yes, you can renew on the same plan, upgrade to a longer retention plan, or migrate to your own infrastructure. We will help you plan the cutover.

How do payments work?
Checkout is processed by Authorize.Net using 256-bit SSL. We accept Visa and Mastercard. There are no subscriptions; every project is a single one-time purchase.
